These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites, programs, services, and SMS communications provided by Infinity Aero Club Tampa Bay, Inc., operating as Mission Aviation Academy (“MAA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Mission Aviation Academy

Infinity Aero Club Tampa Bay, Inc. is a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation operating Mission Aviation Academy as an academic division. We provide aviation and STEM education, workforce development, mentorship, scholarship opportunities, community programming, and related services.

2. Website and Program Information

Information provided through our websites is intended for general informational purposes. Program descriptions, schedules, eligibility requirements, tuition, scholarships, events, and other offerings may be updated or changed from time to time.

Submitting an inquiry, application, or form does not guarantee enrollment, scholarship eligibility, program placement, sponsorship acceptance, or participation in any specific program or event.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Mission Aviation Academy may offer SMS text messaging to individuals who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive messages.

Depending on the consent option selected, messages may include:

Responses to program inquiries and requested information.
Enrollment and application updates.
Appointment and consultation confirmations and reminders.
Program, event, and service-related notifications.
Marketing or promotional communications concerning programs, enrollment opportunities, scholarships, events, and organizational updates when the recipient has separately consented to receive such communications.

SMS consent is not a condition of enrollment, scholarship eligibility, program participation, or the purchase of goods or services.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
