Private Pilot Training Program 12yrs+

Private Pilot “Simulator” Course (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced)
The Private Pilot FAA-approved Simulator Certificate is for youth who want to experience learning how to
fly as early as 12years+. Infinity Aero Club has a Gleim Aviation-approved FAA-certified Basic
Advance Training Device (BATD) (https://www.gleimaviation.com/shop/cockpitbatd/) is a flight
simulator in which students will do each lesson as if they are actually in the aircraft.
26 hours of instructor-led flight lessons are included.

Private Pilot Solo Course
The Private Pilot Solo course is for ages 16+ and older. Students get 36-hour Private Pilot ground
school study materials, 10 hours of flight time, and, if they work hard enough, fly solo as their
instructor watches from the ground. This is one of the most exciting times in any pilot’s
career.

Private Pilot’s License Course
The full Private Pilot program is for ages 16+ and older (16 is the minimum age to solo, 17 to
get a license). Studying intensely and flying every day, this program can be completed
during the summer. At a minimum, 40 hours of flight time is required; however, total hours
vary for each individual (60-70 hours is common.)
