Infinity Aero Club Tampa Bay is recruiting motivated people to help us inspire the next generation of aviators, innovators, and entrepreneurs. Most work can be done remotely, with optional in-person flexible am/pm working hours on weekdays or weekends.

Students, career-changers, veterans, and early to senior professionals who care about aviation, STEM, entrepreneurship, youth development, and community impact.

Roles and responsibilities

Website & Social Media Assistant & Intern
• Update webpages, post news, create short videos/reels, schedule content, and respond to online inquiries.
• Requirements: basic website/social tools. Design or editing experience is a plus.

Entrepreneurial Program Manager & Intern (18+)
• Support workshops, assist with donor outreach and partnerships, help build small business projects and pitch decks.
• Requirements: interest in startups/finance/marketing. Prior experience helpful but not required.

Drone & Pilot Instructor (CFI) & Intern
• Assist with Part 107 study groups, drone labs, simulator sessions, scheduling discovery flights, and documenting training.
• Requirements: strong interest in aviation/tech. Part 107 or flight time is a plus, not required.

Aviation Maintenance Technician Program Manager & Intern
• Help with kit-build tasks, light sport maintenance support, tool tracking, parts research, and documentation.
• Requirements: mechanical aptitude. Prior AMT/LSRM exposure is a plus.

Human Resources Program Manager & Admin Intern
• Help with onboarding, scheduling, records, volunteer coordination, and policy drafts.
• Requirements: organization and clear communication.

Executive Assistant & Intern
• Support the CEO and leadership team, prepare briefings, follow up on action items, and coordinate meetings.
• Requirements: strong professionalism and writing skills. Prior EA or project coordination experience preferred.

Donor Relations Team Coordinator & Intern Assistant
• Organize donor pipelines, track follow-ups, manage call-back scripts, produce weekly status reports, and coordinate thank-you touchpoints.
• Requirements: CRM or spreadsheet comfort, excellent follow-through. Fundraising experience is a plus.

Funding Assistant Coordinator & Intern
• Research grants and corporate giving, draft letters of inquiry, maintain calendars and submission checklists, and help assemble proposals.
• Requirements: strong writing and research skills. Prior grant experience is a plus.

Event Lead Planner, Assistant & Intern
• Plan Saturday open-house operations, Aviation Merit Badge days, speaker events, and partner showcases. Handle run-of-show, vendor coordination, and onsite logistics.
• Requirements: event planning or hospitality experience helpful but not required.

Corporate Donor Relations Assistant & Intern
• Support corporate outreach lists, manage briefings for meetings, prep sponsorship decks, and coordinate follow-ups after calls.
• Requirements: business writing and professionalism. Sales or partnership background is a plus.

Time and location
• Remote work during the week
• Optional in-person work on Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation and credit
• Roles can be filled as a volunteer (for school credit), an unpaid intern (for credit), or a paid intern.
• Paid opportunities are limited and based on role needs, funding, and candidate experience.
• School credit may be available; bring your high school and college program requirements.

Eligibility: Age 16+, read and write English, a US citizen, a US Green Card, and or a work permit
