Purpose of the Ambassador Program

Ambassadors are champions of our mission who:

  • Advocate for our cause publicly.
  • Inspire and mentor youth, veterans, and underserved individuals.
  • Attract donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.
  • Serve as living examples of the 5 Platforms of Success and 1% Mindset frameworks.
  • Help scale workforce development pipelines across aviation, STEM, and entrepreneurship.

Program Structure

1. Ambassador Levels

  • Local Ambassadors (Community Champions)
    • Focus: Grassroots engagement (schools, clubs, churches, local businesses).
    • Role: Recruit youth, host awareness events, connect with small business donors, and share stories at career days.
    • Example: Local pilot, small business owner, STEM teacher, veteran.
  • National Ambassadors (Industry Influencers)
    • Focus: Expand visibility, advocacy, and funding.
    • Role: National speaking engagements, policy advocacy, fundraising campaigns, and mentorship for advanced students.
    • Example: Airline pilots, aerospace engineers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders.
  • Global Ambassadors (Legacy Leaders)
    • Focus: International partnerships, global expansion.
    • Role: Champion cross-border initiatives (CARICOM, Africa, Latin America, Europe, Asia), attract multinational donors, create exchange programs.
    • Example: Retired generals, astronauts, tech CEOs, international philanthropists.

2. Core Responsibilities

  • Mentorship: Guide youth through uncertainty, build resilience, model mindset/affirmations/expectations/habits.
  • Fundraising & Donor Relations: Open doors to sponsors, donors, and foundations.
  • Advocacy & Awareness: Speak at events, media interviews, and conferences.
  • Community Navigation: Help families access opportunities, scholarships, and workforce programs.

Cultural Legacy: Share stories of breaking barriers (Tuskegee Airmen, Motown-style frameworks, entrepreneurial resilience).
